Je leeft je in eerste instantie uit in de dagelijkse verkoop en het verlenen van advies aan de klant.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nodige administratieve taken, goederenstroom en stockbeheer.
Je weet perfect hoe je een team kan motiveren, begeleiden en bijsturen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitstraling, de sfeer en de omzet van de winkel.

Your profile

Commerciële en organisatorische ingesteldheid
Een teamplayer die goed kan communiceren
Gepassioneerd door mode
Ervaring in verkoop is een must
Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en sociale skills
Tweetaligheid NL en Eng
Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in leidinggeven
