Slater started in 1988 with the American T-shirt. This white T-shirt with a wide straight fit and high collar has gained fame in the mid 20th century as part of the American Navy uniform. The Slater Basic was born and became a must-have for every man.

Soon the collection expanded and now there are 18 different models in our NOS (Never Out of Stock) collection available in the basic colors white, black & navy.

Slater has grown with the times and produces only the best of the best. All T-shirts are made in our own factory which is BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) certified. The T-shirts are made of BCI (Best Cotton Initiative) yarns, knitted in house and dyed environmentally friendly (Oekotex).
